🎉 Celebrating a Milestone: Haile-Scale Cohort 2 Completes the Program!

We recently came together at Reichman University to celebrate the graduation of the second cohort of the Haile-Scale program — a room full of founders who turned an idea and a year of hard work into real, investable ventures. Congratulations to every one of our Cohort 2 participants. You earned this.

The Haile-Scale program is the result of a collaborative effort led by Vision Elements, in partnership with Google and Reichman Tech School, and supported by the Israel Innovation Authority and the Ministry of Labor. From day one, its mission has stayed the same: to open the doors of Israel's high-tech ecosystem wider, and to give Israeli-Ethiopian entrepreneurs the platform, network, and capital access they deserve.

If the kickoff was about potential, the closing event was about proof. Over the course of the program, our founders:

  • Built and sharpened real ventures — moving from early concept to validated business models, refined pitches, and products ready to meet the market.

  • Learned from the best — guided by the academic framework crafted by Dr. Yossi Maaravi, Dean of the Entrepreneurship School at Reichman University, and supported by mentors across industry and investment.

  • Pitched to win — closing the program with a demo day in which the strongest ventures were recognized. A special congratulations to AfriX, awarded a ₪10,000 prize for their standout work.

We were especially honored to welcome Prof. Uriel Reichman, founder and President of Reichman University, who addressed our founders and underscored the university's commitment to opening its doors to the next generation of Israeli entrepreneurs.

Our deepest thanks go to the people and partners who make Haile-Scale possible:

  • Solomon Geveye, head of the program and leader of the Haile Fund, whose vision and persistence remain the engine behind it all.

  • The Google, Reichman Tech School, Israel Innovation Authority, and Ministry of Labor teams, for their partnership and belief.

  • Our mentors, judges, and guest speakers, who gave their time and wisdom generously.

To our Cohort 2 founders: this is not a finish line, it's a launchpad. You've proven what's possible when talent meets opportunity — and you're now part of a growing community of entrepreneurs reshaping what Israel's tech scene looks like.

Here's to the ventures you'll build, the doors you'll open for those who come next, and the more diverse, dynamic future we're creating together. 🚀
